How it works
A trusted & intentional way to run an interim engagement.
Interim Collective sits between a job board and a search firm. There are two clear paths — one for consultants, one for employers — and one principle running through them: identities are protected until an assignment brings you together.
For consultants
- 1
01
Apply to join
Interim Collective is by referral and application. We check credentials and sector experience before you go live.
- 2
02
Upload your CV
Our AI reads your CV and drafts a profile — headline, sectors, skills, seniority and a suggested day rate range. You review and edit before publishing.
- 3
03
Set your terms
Availability, day rate, willing locations, engagement types (full-time interim or fractional), and testimonials from previous line managers.
- 4
04
Get invited to assignments
Employers post briefs. We surface a shortlist to them and invite you if you fit. You accept or decline — your identity is revealed only on acceptance.
For employers
- 1
01
Create a free account
Get access to the anonymised directory and search with filters. No card required.
- 2
02
Post an assignment brief
Sketch the assignment — sectors, skills, day rate range, duration, engagement type. Our AI helps you tighten it before it goes to the network.
- 3
03
E-sign engagement terms
Simple, standard terms are signed in-app before we open messaging. That's what keeps the network trusted.
- 4
04
Meet the shortlist
We invite matching consultants; those who accept are introduced with their identity revealed to you and messaging opened.
Trust & anonymity
Consultant names, photos and contact details are hidden from browsing employers. Testimonials show the line manager's name and company (with their consent) — but the consultant behind them stays anonymous until they accept an assignment.
Engagement terms
Every introduction sits under a signed assignment. Terms cover scope, day rate, expected duration and Interim Collective's role. Employers sign once per assignment; consultants confirm on acceptance.
